Helen has over 10 years experience in financial services marketing and has owned and delivered promotions around personal insurance and credit card marketing. Helen has worked for Visa International and NatWest bank managing their Commercial Card Programmes, which included selling in the Card Programmes to banks across Europe to increase market share.  

Helen also has experience running Selfridges’ Store Card Programme and was responsible for the development of the card benefits package, in-store promotions, direct marketing campaigns and staff training.  The targeted communications campaigns saw a significant growth in card spend, and specifically increased number of visits per customer and number of transactions per visit. In addition Helen has helped deliver market research for the likes of Argos (Home Retail Stores) and Fazer (Scandinavian Bakery and Confectionery).
